An HR icon who has excelled in establishing innovative HR systems and institutionalizing a strong performance-driven culture across various organizations. Born in a town named Padra-Baroda, he received a Master’s Degree in Social work (MSW) and Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial relations and Personnel Management from M S University, Baroda. He also holds an MBA – in HR from Newport University – USA and has been awarded Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. In his illustrious HR career of more than three decades, Dr. Jignesh Shah has worked with some of the top Engineering, Pharma, Petrochemical, Polyester, FMCG, Power, and Infrastructure com panies. He has been sharing his knowledge in the field of HR by serving as a Guest faculty, Guest speaker as well and Panellist to various reputed B Schools, Universities as well and Management Associations. Having worked with a multi-generational workforce, Dr Jignesh Shah has witnessed the transition of the HR function from a personnel department to a progressive HR department. His passion for the HR profession, eagerness to learn new things, and an attitude of embracing and accepting change positively helped him ride this transition wholeheartedly and with sheer excellence.
