Description
How to Use This Book —> Read the chapters in sequence to understand the GANDHI Framework, or use individual chapters as workshop modules. Each chapter is designed for a ninety-minute founder discussion: twenty minutes for reading, twenty minutes for a case, twenty minutes for debate, twenty minutes for the practice exercise and ten minutes for commitments. Teams should record decisions and revisit them after thirty days. The manuscript uses the word “Gandhian” to describe an interpretive lens built from truth, non-violence, self-discipline, service, decentralisation, simplicity and trusteeship. These ideas should not be applied mechanically. A healthcare startup, a software platform and a manufacturing company face different legal duties and risk profiles. The founder must translate principle into context without weakening either evidence or accountability.
